Studios at AVA

Home to 19 artists studios shared by more than two dozen artists, the studios at AVA are among the region's longest operated and most beloved spaces to create.
Ranging in size from 150 to 800 square feet, our studios feature hardwood floors and 10' ceilings. They are are priced from $15 to $21 per square foot, depending on amenities which include:
- Windows
- Plumbing
- Ventilation

A STUDIO LEGACY
Over the years, many well known artists in the Upper Valley have made AVA their home. These artists include Clifford West and Lili Mayor, Aya Itagaki and Winkie Kelsey. And many, many others.
