Submit Your Artwork to the Bank Street Gallery

The Bank Street Gallery at AVA celebrates the creativity of our Artist Members by showcasing and selling a wide variety of original artwork—from paintings and ceramics to jewelry, sculpture, and more. The gallery represents over 100 artists and offers visitors the opportunity to discover unique work created right here in our community.


If you’re an AVA Artist  or Maker Member, we invite you to share your work with us! Submitting artwork is simple and helps us keep the gallery fresh, dynamic, and full of exciting new pieces for visitors and collectors to discover.

How to Submit Your Work

Step 1 – Artwork display requirements
Make sure your artwork meets these guidelines:

  • You must be an AVA Artist/Patron or Maker/Mentor Member
  • 2D artwork: maximum 24" on the longest dimension
  • Maximum 2 pieces per artist
  • Only original artwork (photography prints allowed)
  • All work must be labeled with artist name, title, and price


Step 2 – Get your information ready for submission
Before you start, have this ready:

  • Your contact details
  • Artwork title or type
  • Medium and size
  • Quantity
  • Price

To show your artwork on the gallery's website with your Artist Profile, also provide:

  • Image(s) of your artwork
  • Artist bio or statement
  • Artist profile image (optional-can email sheryl@avagallery.org)



Step 3 – Submit Online

  • Fill in your contact info, artwork details, and upload images
  • Once your account is created, it will stay active for future submissions.
  • You can update your info anytime (except for submitted artwork).
  • The portal is only for new artwork submissions and does not show your current gallery inventory.
  • Important: Make sure to click Submit for each piece of artwork.


Step 4 – Confirmation
AVA staff will review your submission and contact you with next steps for bringing your artwork to the gallery.


Tips for a Smooth Submission

  • Take your time and follow one step at a time.
  • Ask a friend or family member for help if uploading images is tricky.
