We're Thrilled to Announce A Printmaking Partnership!

New partnership brings both organizations' printmaking classes under a single marketing and registration site starting fall 2026

LEBANON, NH — AVA Gallery and Art Center and Two Rivers Printmaking Studio (TRPS) are thrilled to announce a new partnership that will bring workshop offerings from both organizations together under a single registration platform, beginning Fall 2026. The collaboration coincides with a major expansion of the TRPS facilities, including a 1,600 sf. workshop space with three additional etching presses and silkscreen capabilities (for the first time ever!). This collaboration will pair TRPS's deep expertise and rich course offerings in printmaking with AVA's regional reach and organizational capacity, making it easier than ever for Upper Valley residents to discover and enroll in printmaking workshops.

Starting this fall, class registration for both AVA and TRPS printmaking programs will be available at www.avagallery.org. TRPS workshop descriptions will continue to be listed at tworiversprintmakingstudio.org and then routed to AVA for registration, giving students a path to explore the full range of offerings from both organizations.

TRPS will continue to offer its comprehensive programming in beginner through advanced printmaking techniques, including relief printing, collagraph, solar-plate, book-arts, silkscreen, polyester plate lithography, and all intaglio processes, but will have the capacity for larger class sizes in the new workshop facility.

“We're combining the incredible talent, resources, and learning content of TRPS with the geographic reach, community depth, and capacity that AVA can offer,” said Lars Hasselblad Torres, Executive Director of AVA Gallery and Art Center. “We hope this partnership furthers the goals of both organizations and strengthens the presence and visibility of the arts across the Upper Valley.”

According to Rachel Gross, Studio Manager at Two Rivers Printmaking Studio, “Some of the original Artist Members of Two Rivers when it was founded twenty-five years ago were foundational members of AVA. This partnership makes sense on a practical level for us as we expand our facility, but also formalizes a bond between our two organizations that has always always existed.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment by both organizations to broaden access to high-quality arts education throughout the 61 communities across the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont.

Class listings and registration details will be available at www.avagallery.org beginning this fall. For more information, visit either website or contact either organization directly.
