"Painting" Around the World

Ages 5-8

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 12:00noon

What is paint? Can you paint with yarn or sand or vegetables? What about egg yolks? Mud from the Mascoma River? Exotic spices from Zanzibar? Come explore the many different ways people around the world have made paint and created paintings throughout history. We might even invent new ways to paint. Be prepared to get messy!
