With all the color choices available to watercolor painters, it's hard to know which pigments are needed and how to use them to maximum effect. This class will explore hue, value, intensity, opacity, transparency, lightfastness and other properties of color as they pertain to watercolor. We will review color theory in specific class exercises and in relation to the subject matter of your choice. Your painting will advance to another level after introducing the principles of color theory into your practice.
