Intermediate and Advanced Watercolor Painting

This class will sharpen your foundational knowledge of watercolor and take you well beyond the basics by introducing many advanced techniques. Though advanced students are expected to choose the content of their paintings, a variety of potential subjects will be introduced through demonstrations, presentations, and assignments. The nuances of transparent and opaque palettes will be explored, giving students an opportunity to better understand the unique qualities of watercolor paint and the bold, dynamic effects one can achieve.
