The third floor studio, Studio 302, is 710 square feet, and rents for $575/month (reduced from $656/month). It has wooden floors and three large windows facing west, with a wonderful view of the park and the Lebanon skyline, as well as a great view of AVA's green roof (periodically covered with snow).

The building is ADA compliant, has ample, free parking, and tenants have access 24/7. Currently, 18 of AVA's 20 rental studios are occupied by artists working in a variety of mediums.
