We will use “threads” like wire and plastic, as well as yarn and string, to create costumes, stuffed animals, bags, keychains, books, puppets, jewelry, and more. What other threads can you use? We will take everyday materials and transform them into threads to create something new, while also honoring the history of AVA’s building, formerly the home of the Carter Overall Factory, where clothes were sewn for over 100 years.
