10X10 BENEFIT AND FUNDRAISER
Join AVA for a celebration of art and community and raise funds to power our programs
A Biennial event not to be missed
10×10=AVA is AVA Gallery and Art Center’s semi-annual, artist-driven fundraiser where creativity and generosity meet community impact. We invite all artists to pick up a free 10″×10″ panel from AVA, create something extraordinary, and donate your finished work back to AVA. All works will be revealed together during a special reception in the Linda Roesch Visual Arts Gallery. Each work will be sold individually to raise funds for our community programs.
About the Benefit
All work donated and sold will directly supports AVA's studios, workshops, exhibitions, and programs—an important part of the regional infrastructure that makes experimental practice possible in the Upper Valley. Past exhibitions have featured painting, collage, fiber work, assemblage, photography, and mixed media. If you can make it fit on a 10″×10″ panel, we want to see it. The 10×10 constraint creates a level playing field where emerging artists exhibit alongside established practitioners. These events feature over 100 works and raise nearly $10,000 to support AVA's operations. Artists who contribute a work will receive two complimentary tickets to the August 28 celebration party. Works are reserved for ticketed guests only, limit one panel per artist.
100% of proceeds from the benefit support AVA's operations, including 21 artist studios, three specialized workshops, six annual exhibitions, youth programs serving 400+ students, and free community programs. AVA is not liable for artwork left beyond the designated pickup date. We ask that you grant permission to AVA Gallery and Art Center to use photographs of you or your artwork for publication in print and electronic form.

Who Should Participate
Everyone. Studio artists, teaching artists, class participants, exhibiting artists, and community members who believe the Upper Valley needs a space where experimental art can happen. If you've never worked with AVA but want to support contemporary arts infrastructure in the region, this is your invitation.
Entry Fee
Free. Panels provided at no cost. Limit one panel per artist.
